Once your payment has been submitted and the artwork proof approved…cancellation of your order will not be possible.
Upon delivery of your order…you have five business days to notify Simply Tote Bags of any issues with the order.
If the product(s) that you are ordering is defective or the decoration is imperfect, replacement will be made by the Delivery Date as indicated on your invoice. If the Delivery Date cannot be met, your payment will be refunded in full with 5 business days.
